Nigeria - Lagos University Teaching Hospital

The Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) aims to establish a privately-run radiotherapy centre at Lagos University Teaching Hospital. AMPC was selected by the NSIA as project manager to provide technical advice and project management services during the rehabilitation of the existing facilities and the installation of the new equipment for external beam radiation therapy and brachytherapy. The scope of services provided by AMPC includes project coordination, design review, value engineering, assistance in the selection and contracting of implementation partners (contractor, equipment supplier and maintenance provider), supervision of the construction and equipment installation process, and commissioning of the building and its equipment.
